The term Admin refers to Whitmore Farm LLC as the business that owns and operates the Whitmore Farm (www.whitmore.farm) website.
The term Seller refers to any entity, whether it be an individual or business that voluntarily signs up to sell products on the Whitmore Farm (www.whitmore.farm) website.
The term Customer refers to any entity, whether it be an individual or business that places an order for products on the Whitmore Farm (www.whitmore.farm) website.
Fees are charged only on completed orders. If an order is cancelled or refunded, no Admin fees are charged. Paypal fees are charged/refunded based on your Paypal account configuration, not the Admin.
Fees are charged based on a commission rate of 10%.
This site uses Paypal to handle payment processing, sellers need to have a Paypal account in order for their funds to be disbursed.
Sellers are responsible for Paypal fees associated with their account.
The Admin does not collect sales taxes on the Sellers behalf.
It is the responsibility of the seller to implement their tax collection strategy and file all the appropriate forms to the Federal and State collection agencies.
The Admin is not responsible for any seller tax obligations or tax issues.
Fees associated with Shipping and Handling are the responsibility of the Seller.
The Admin does offer the Seller three forms of shipping: Rate based, Flat rate or Free Shipping.
Please note that Rate Based Shipping requires the Seller to have an account with the 3rd Party Vendor EasyPost. The seller will be required to provide their own API Keys for Rate Based Shipping to function. The Seller is responsible for all fees that Easy Post may charge for using their service.
International shipping is available but limited. In the event an international country should be added to the available country list, the Seller should contact the Admin.
The Admin is under no obligation to settle disputes between Sellers and Customers.
The Admin reserves the right to change, remove or disable any Seller account, product or other information added to the Whitmore Farm (www.whitmore.farm) website that is deemed to be inappropriate for the site.
