PRIVACY POLICY

Our goal is to protect our customers, in doing so, we exercise the following:

Cookies:

We use cookies to track the contents of customer shopping carts and information relevant to user sessions (while logged in.)

Credit Card Information:

We do not store or maintain credit card information on our servers. Paypal is our payment processor provider and all credit card information is handled on their servers, no credit card numbers, security codes, expiration dates are stored on our servers.

Personal Information:

We do store information relevant to customer orders and customer accounts.

  • Customer order information includes information such as billing address, shipping address, items ordered, email address, phone number and order statuses.
  • Customer account information includes information such as username, password and email address.

SHIPPING POLICY

All United States (U.S) customers are offered free standard shipping through USPS First class package services. Customers will be provided a USPS tracking number once their order is prepared and completed before shipping.

Customers requiring faster shipping can contact customer service by email at info@whitmore.farm or by the contact form to make arrangements for expedited shipping. Expedited shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Note: USPS does a great job getting packages to their destination, but delays can occur, although we cannot control the package once it is in the possession of USPS, we will look up the status of a tracking number and provide the details from the USPS website to customers upon request.

REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY

All items are covered by our 100% satisfaction guarantee. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, please return items for exchange or refund. Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase. To help us improve our service, please include the following with each return:

1. Best policy is to send back copy of receipt with clear instructions of what you would like.

2. Reason for return.

3. Whether you would like to return for refund or exchange for another product. 

4. Name, address, and phone number/email address.

Note: Customer pays return postage unless item is defective or incorrect item was shipped. We do not accept items that have been used, such as used for painting or have damage as a result of solvents or cleaners.
