Farm store questions
Is your maple syrup really 100% pure?
Yes. Our syrup is pure New Hampshire maple syrup made from boiled-down maple sap, with no corn syrup, additives or artificial flavors.
What’s the difference between Amber and Dark maple syrup?
Maple syrup is graded by color and flavor. Grade A Amber has a rich, smooth maple taste. Grade A Dark is deeper in color with a stronger, robust maple flavor, so it’s great for baking, glazes and anywhere you want the maple to stand out.
How should I store maple syrup?
Keep unopened syrup in a cool, dark place. After opening, store it in the refrigerator.
Can I pick up my order instead of having it shipped?
Yes. Choose local pickup at checkout if you can arrange to pick up from us in the Sanbornton, NH area. We don’t have a storefront, so we’ll contact you to set a time.
Can I come see the Highland cattle?
Farm visits are by appointment only. Contact us to set up a time to see an animal you’re interested in.
Do you ship the room sprays and syrup?
Yes. We ship across the US, and US orders of $35 or more ship free.
Questions about something from the farm?
